Akkrumer Goedland - de pilot
Presentatie tijdens slotbijeenkomst GLB-pilot Veenweidelandgoed It Akkrumer Deel, 14 december 2023. Het begon met het idee voor een “Coöperatief landgoedbedrijf” met de volgende uitgangspunten: 1. Gestapeld verdienmodel: optelsom van meerdere inkomstenbronnen; 2. Integraal: zoeken naar synergie tussen functies; 3. Coöperatief: samenwerking, massa, mix van talenten en ervaring; 4. Op schaal: herkenbaar gebied, niet te klein ook niet te groot; 5. ‘Nature based’: potenties bodem en water uitgangspunt; 6. Beproefd: (lange termijn) rendement bewezen, goed financierbaar.
