In het IBP Vitaal Platteland Zuidwestelijke Delta is veel geleerd over samenwerken en gebiedsgericht werken in het landelijk gebied. Deze lessen zijn in potentie interessant voor de Provinciale Programma’s Landelijk Gebied, in het bijzonder de programma’s in Noord-Brabant, Zeeland en Zuid-Holland. De opdracht en context van de Programma’s Landelijk Gebied zijn wezenlijk anders dan die van het IBP. Tegelijkertijd wordt in beide programma’s interbestuurlijk gewerkt aan een toekomstbestendig landelijk gebied. Daarmee is het leren relevant. Bij het verzamelen en verwoorden van de lessen hebben we zoveel mogelijk rekening gehouden met de context. Aan het eind van deze memo zullen we reflecteren op de lessen in hun context.

The BIOEAST Initiative was founded by the Ministers of Agriculture of Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovenia. The BIOEAST Initiative represents the common political commitment and shared strategic research and innovation framework for working towards sustainable and circular bioeconomies in the CEE countries.
This case study is drafting new legislation that allows renting forestland for multiple purposes in order to increase economic efficiency and maintain a balance between all ecosystem services. This Russian case works on regulation mechanisms so that people renting forestland can use it for multiple purposes, and to include ecosystem services in the Forest Code.
