In het LEADER-project Anna's ZuivelLokaal Abcoude wordt er op Anna’s Hoeve in Abcoude een HACCP-waardige ruimte gerealiseerd, waar allerlei producenten hun ideeën voor lokale, kwalitatief hoogwaardige, duurzame en ambachtelijke zuivelproducten kunnen doorontwikkelen, verfijnen en marktrijp kunnen maken. Door samenwerkingsverbanden aan te gaan met veehouders, zuivelverwerkers en ondernemers wordt optimaal gebruik gemaakt van elkaars expertise en distributienetwerk.
