BIKE EU Project - Restoring agricultural land and producing renewable energy - Case study #4
"Fattoria della Piana" is one of the case studies of the BIKE project. Here, biogas is produced feeding the digestor with agri residues and animal slurry. The digestate, by-product of this process, has been used to restore the fertility of a land previously unused and degraded.
